Celebrating 20 Years of Mountaineer Escellence! Bernardo Elementary School Established 2005! Come join us today at 5:00pm on the grass area near the outdoor stage. All Mountaineers Past & Present are invited to celebrate our History & Future! Presenters include: Founding Principal Ron Smith (2005-2008), Principal Jeremy Lyche (2021-2025), and our current Principal Shannon Wrzeski. Refreshments will be available, we'll have a Scavenger Hunt, Bernardo Trivia, and the Time Capsule Items on display! This will also be followed by our Open House and Art Show starting at 5:30pm. Can't wait to see you all there!

Red Shoe Crew this Wednesday, MAY 20th, 2026! Our 1st Graders are so excited to host our Annual "Red Shoe Day" drive benefitting the Ronald McDonald House Charities® San Diego (RMH) Foundation! They'll be out in front of the school with large red shoes collecting any donations from parents during drop-off and pick-up times.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
