Bernardo Families,

I am incredibly excited to serve as the principal here at Bernardo Elementary School where we strive to make learning memorable and meaningful for each and every student.

I have two beautiful daughters as well as an awesome son-in-law. My family brings me the greatest joy in my life and I strive to treat the students under my care in the same manner that I would want others to treat my girls.

My educational career began as an elementary school teacher in Anaheim. From there, we moved to the small town of Lincoln, California where I had the privilege of serving as principal of a new elementary school for 7 years. Our family then relocated to San Diego where I was honored to serve at two elementary schools in El Cajon for 7 more years. After a 3-year adventure working in Human Resources at the District Office level, I realized that I greatly missed working with students, families, and staff at the school site. Thankfully, in 2021 I was selected to serve here at Bernardo Elementary School and I'm now enjoying this next chapter of my career.

I love being a principal and I look forward to working with all of our amazing students families, and staff member to make this year the best ever!
